Your main tasks as a social worker will be :
- Recruit staff eligible for subsidy programs and provide reception and integration services:
- Informs specialized departments of staffing needs and plans committees;- Performs employee integration and prepares profile to specify issues;
- Develop the tools needed to maintain employment:
- Implement an intervention plan or tools to promote employability development or job retention;-Meet with employees according to their needs or personal objectives, support them in their endeavors, provide them with resources;-Edit progress notes and actively participate in the company’s social life.
Qualifications required for the position:
1 to 3 years’ experience in a similar position
Excellent command of written French and ability to write reports
Good knowledge of intervention practices
DEC in special education
