Société VIA enables more than 200 workers with functional limitations to avoid having to turn to social assistance programs. The work offered to these people gives them a sense of pride and security, and enables them to become more independent.
Our experienced directors make up Société VIA’s Board of Directors, and are committed to pursuing its mission with dynamism and integrity. With their diverse backgrounds and multiple skills, they complement each other to ensure the organization’s evolution and sound management.
Julie Suzanne Doyon has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 1992. She has been Managing Director of real estate company IMAFA since February 2007. Involved in her community, Ms. Doyon is a member of the board of directors of the Juvénat-Notre Dame corporation. For several years (2018-2023), she chaired the Board of Directors of Fondation Hôtel-Dieu de Lévis and CSSS Alphonse-Desjardins (2011-2015). She is also involved as a volunteer or honorary president with local organizations such as the Chaudière-Appalaches Chapter of the MS Society of Canada and the Jonction pour Elle Foundation. A writer, she has just published the book Mission New Liverpool.
Mr. Henry holds a CPA-MBA specializing in corporate executive management, and has nearly 20 years’ experience in the manufacturing sector, notably with Cascades and Sanimax, two of Quebec’s leading recycling companies. Because the environment is close to his heart, he chose to join Société VIA’s Board of Directors.
Josée Goupil is a strategic consultant with Desjardins, and holds an MBA and certificates in marketing, administration and organizational communications. Always very socially involved, Ms. Goupil stands out for her interpersonal skills, her spirit of collaboration and her great professionalism.
Jean-François Nolet has been a member of the Chambre des notaires du Québec since 2004, and is a partner in the notarial firm of Gosselin Lagueux Roy.M. Nolet has been an active member of the Rotary Club of St-Nicolas since 2006. He is also a proud member of the Lévis Chamber of Commerce. He cultivates a passion for golf and sport in general.
Sonia Marceau holds a bachelor’s degree in counseling and guidance and a graduate degree in the same field of expertise. She is a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréées, an accredited mediator and president and founder of Magnétik ressources humaines. She has over 25 years’ experience as a senior human resources executive in various organizations. Passionate about people, she has been a member of the Société VIA Board of Directors for several years.
Patrice Denis holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. Development Consultant within the Desjardins GroupWith over 30 years’ experience, he has developed solid expertise in capital management, consulting and risk management. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Équi-justice Lévis and the Caisse Desjardins de Bellechasse.
An administrator with an MBA specializing in corporate social and environmental responsibility, Anne Rouleau has nearly 15 years of expertise in project development and management. Her company, Madame Germaine, brings together her passions: travel, cuisine, culture and people. Ms. Rouleau has been involved in many other organizations. Ms. Rouleau has chaired the Deuil-Jeunesse organization for several years.
Guylaine Sénéchal is retired from the health and social services network. Trained as a social worker, she worked for over 30 years as a manager, first in the daycare network, then in the healthcare sector as a rehabilitation service manager for people with functional limitations.
Louise Lamontagne has been an entrepreneur for 27 years and has been heavily involved in various committees and organizations, including Femmessor Saguenay Lac-Saint-Jean. A General Manager renowned for her human approach, Ms. Lamontagne is delighted to be able to put her expertise to good use on Société VIA’s Board of Directors.
Denis Beaumont comes from a background in innovation and applied research, having founded and managed the TransBIOTech research center. Father of a disabled son, he is one of the founding parents of the OASIS project, a permanent residence for intellectually disabled adults in Lévis, and of the OPAHL Foundation, which supports the residence.
Anthony Dufour has a bachelor’s degree in agri-environmental engineering and works in waste management, particularly composting, landfilling and agricultural reclamation. Throughout his university career, he was involved in a number of associations that enabled him to hone his knowledge of finance, events and politics. He stands out for his attentiveness, teamwork and versatility.
