You have a very important role in the team:

You make the right adjustments on the machines to have a direct and major impact on production.

You work as part of a team to optimize overall production and bring employees to their full potential.

Analyzes data and helps create reports.

You find solutions to production problems in real time.

Participates in project implementation.

Contributes to maintaining high quality standards for finished products.

He is both autonomous and able to follow instructions and work routines, and remains proactive in the continuous improvement of processes and methods.

Supports employees in their daily tasks.

You’ll have to understand the implications of our social mission and keep it at the heart of our work.

You don’t hesitate to ask his team for help.

And finally, you have an interest in production, technological tools, automation, mechanics and people.

Training :

DEP in production equipment operation + 1 year experience

Any combination of relevant experience (3 years or more)

Conditions of use

Salary between $23 and $27/hour depending on experience
