As an adapted company, Société VIA is, above all, people-oriented. Its mission is to provide stimulating careers to people with functional limitations. Striving for everyone’s well-being

With its team of educational assistants, the nonprofit organization trains and supports workers with disabilities, and eases their daytoday integration into the workplace. The team also runs specific social integration workshops in conjunction with the Commission scolaire des Navigateurs. A range of activities—including a monthly multimedia newspaper, community cooking workshops and a community garden—are put together to help employees develop skills that are useful both at work and in their daily lives.
